WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

YOU CAN NOT RETURN A CUSTOM CREWNECK OR T-SHIRT. 

IF YOUR CREWNECK OR T-SHIRT HAS AN IMPERFECTION PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL. UPON OUR DISCRECTION A STORE CREDIT MAY BE ISSUED.

Items are not able to be cancelled once processed. Orders can be canceled within one hour of purchase.

STITCH SOCIETY 304 is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once package is scanned by mail carrier. All tracking information will be sent to the email attached to your order. If a package is lost, please file a claim with the mail carrier. If the customer has failed to enter the correct address or leave it incomplete, you will NOT receive a refund.
